Remember that when you’re all alone and all hope seems gone, when that moment comes where you want to break, I want you to remember that life goes on but you choose how. That you have a choice…choose to live life. Dreams will never come true by themselves, they also wont surface without ambition and passion. Understand that after you’ve been depressed, you will appreciate true happiness so much more and you’ll know not to throw it away. The world is a wonderful place, but the people on it are selfish and simple minded.

So know like always you have a choice. Do you lift yourself up and do something, or do you end up looking like the rest? I believe that things are what you make of them. A pile of wood can easily be crushed and burned. But with passion and ambition you can build a sculpture that will amaze the world. It can still easily be burnt, but its your job to protect it. This is life, and you only have a certain amount of time to live it. Every second that passes is a chance to make a choice that can change everything…everything.

I know its hard, but do yourself a favor and just start at it. You cant just be at the finish, you have to run, jump the hurdles and race for it. But before that you need to practice and prepare. If you start with these two the rest will happen alot easier. There will always be competitors, people who trained harder and run faster. But don’t let this get you down. It could turn out that the race, the event and the pleasure of meeting all the competitors could be the biggest reward. Anything could happen. Its your choice.

Albert Einstein, three rules of work

1. Out of clutter, find simplicity.
2. From discord, find harmony.
3. In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.

Just found this in another blog, some ingenious ideas for Coffee Mugs.  The first one is my favorite.

Here they are

24 Ingenious Ideas for Coffee Mugs

Finally, The long-waited Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol came out two days ago. The book once again features Robert Langdon. It takes place over a period of 12 hours in Washington, D.C., with a focus on Freemasonry. Langdon is summoned to Washington to give a lecture, apparently by his mentor, a Mason named Peter Solomon. However instead of an audience for his lecture he finds the severed right hand of Peter Solomon. Langdon begins a rapid chase through the basement of the Capitol building, solving a series of cryptic clues. He joins forces with Solomon’s sister, Noetic scientist Dr. Katherine Solomon, while matching wits with Mal’akh, a tattooed, self-castrated and brilliant villain who is in search of an ancient source of power. The climax takes place in a Masonic Lodge. Mal’akh believes he has the “lost symbol”. His death minutes later has a description of his soul being received by devils. The final chapters reveal more about the “lost symbol”, and the book ends with the word “Hope”. The book themes include:

  • Freemasons. Throughout they are presented in a positive way. Freemasonry is “an education in the enduring mysteries of human science”.
  • Religion, art, history. The format seen in Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code of Langdon giving frequent mini-lectures is repeated here, with a lot of factual material presented.
  • Mysticism. The book explores ideas around an individual’s awareness of God. It describes an experiment to weigh a soul.
  • Noetic Sciences. The books also explores the “emerging science” of studying man’s consciousness and how it affects the physical world.
  • Christianity. There are many quotations from the Bible, and many Christian concepts are developed. It suggests that organised religion has lost its way, and that mankind needs to find a new spirituality.
  • America. “America’s intended destiny has been lost to history”. Idea of America founded to bring in a new order.

I guess the controversy will begin. Just got my hands on the Ebook and I can’t wait to read it. I’ll sure be back with my review.

My all time favorite Quran Reciter

Back in WordPress, I’m beginning to love this site. Anyways, was playing around in FB’s living social and picked up some cool fives in there, thought I could share them here too. We may always try all sorts of candy but our favorites never change. I loved mars bar in the past (not any more), got addicted to snickers back in hs but my favorites are the kinds I don’t have very often so I don’t end up hating them. So, Here’’s my five:

1. My favorite Mars chocolate bar ( Bounty ), coconut and chocolate yummmmmm.

bounty2. Riesen, chocolaty and chewy.

3. Toblerone: chocolate, nouga and almonds. Swiss stuff are the best.

4. Tortina, the best that Loacker ever came up with.

tortina

5. And the best for last, Guylian shells ( Belgian) with a praline filling. Can’t get enough of them.

and my current addiction is to Saadeddin’s corn flakes chocolate. Try them all, you’ll never regret it.
